07 Fog Light Installation Help

I am trying to install the OEM Fog lights on my 07 Camry and am stumped.  Can anyone tell me where they mount to.  I put the light assembly up to the inside of the bumper and find there is no mounting holes that align with the mount tabs on the light assembly.  The only thing I can think of is to use the self tapping screws that were included with the kit, and drive them into the bumper from behind, securing the light.  By doing this I thing the black plastic bezel that was included with the kit should cover the screw points when snapped on from the front. 
 
Can someone please post pictures of the fog lights install with the bezel removed or a link to install instructions?  This would benefit all and would really be appreciated as I’m not sure if there is another bracket needs to be installed prior to installing the lights… HELP

where did u get the lights? off the internet or factory?

I got them off Ebay for $70.00 and are for the 2007 Camry.  The kit looks complete with harnesses and relay, lights with bulbs, bezels and an OEM looking switch.  I went to our local Toyota dealership and the parts guy was able to show me the illustrated parts breakdown of the fog lights and it didn't show any additional brackets or parts.  I was hoping that someone with OEM fog lights could pop off the outside black bezel and post some pictures of how the factory mounted them.  These bezels easily pop right off using a small screw driver, revealing the light assembly.  Thanks to all.

Has no one installed the OEM fog Light kit in their 2007 Camry?  Surely I can’t be the first.  Any advice from someone who has completed this mod would certainly help.  Pictures would be most helpful as well.  If someone with factory installed fog lights could send pictures of the installed light with the front outside bezel removed would be worth a thousand words.  I have the downloaded service manual and even it is very vague as to its installation.  Removal of the bezel is very easy in that it only takes a small screwdriver to pop them out from the front…
