I found an electric manual online at camrystuff.com, but so far I''ve only skimmed through it briefly and have not found much as for solutions. I am going to test the circuit breakers, but other than that I''m not sure what to do. When I try to raise/lower the windows from any of the switches, nothing happens. When I try to use the power lock buttons, nothing happens. Help please. Thanks.

Check the wiring between the drivers door and chassis. Often the wires break inside the sleeve due to door usage causing these problems.

Will do.
Update: The windows work sometimes and sometimes they do not. The same for the power locks. However, the driver''s window never works.

The drivers side console incorporates both power window and lock controls.
Do the individual door window and lock switches work OK or just the driver''s?
Keep in mind the doors have a power wire running to them that is separate from the one that powers the drivers console. Thus the individual door switches could work, yet the drivers console power wire have a problem.
