My 2001 Camry keeps blowing a fuse on the power windows and power seat they are on the same fuse when I put in a new fuse I can move the seats and windows if I dont start the car but when I start the car the fuse blows. help please

some wire shielding may have gotten damaged and so there could be some shorting happening somewhere. electrical problems are always hard to diagnose, so you can try to follow wires to see if anything is exposed or detached to see if that will solve your problem. or bring it into a shop.
