My two exterior brake lights aren't working, the interior back dash brake is working. Replaced bulbs, didn't fix probelm. Tail lights work fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do the tail lights work? If so the problem is most likely the wiring to the stop light bulbs. All stop lights receive power from the same source. If not, the issue may be with a grounding wire.
Ground wires are White/Black. Stop power wires might be Blue or Green/White depending on year of car.
