95 CAMRY IDLE HUNT!!

Hello,
Looking for some help on a 95 Camry 2.2l non-California 115k miles.  The vehicle came to my shop with a rolling idle.. After replacing the iac, the problem still exists. I have also replaed the tp and ect.. While driving down the road, if you take your foot off the gas and let the car coast, The rpm's will drop right out and the car will stall likley the iac is not working. It will also stall / hunt when stopping at red lights. Do these cars have pcm problems? Or wiring from the pcm to iac??? Thanks for any help

I guess your text (bold/big) is for the older readers. OR ARE YOU JUST SPEAKING LOUDLY? 
 
I'd look for a vacuum leak, either in a hose or a gasket.
 
 
 

Figured it out, The Egr valve is stuck half way between open and closed..

That's a vacuum leak.
