96 Camry LE A/C stopped blowing

I am not sure if this is a fuse problem, a fan motor problem or something I am totally unaware of. I can hear something turn on or a change of sound when I go from different options. The light on A/C comes on when it is on, but nothing comes out...

Anyone have any suggestions on how to find out what the problem is exactly or how to fix it?
