Ok every morning I start my car white smoke leaves my exhaust. Someone told me that it could be that oil is leaking in the valves and whatever is left in there is burning when I start the car or leave alone for sometime. Is anyone having this problem with their camry?

I've seen this in some camrys try using an oil formulated for higher mileage vehicles it should be a little thicker and may prevent the problem for a little while.

Yeah I used a different oil still smokes a little, but not as bad as it was. What do you expect the car has 140,000 miles not to bad I guess.

if your car only smokes when starting, you need to replace your valve stem seals replaced. i work at a toyota dealership and we get this sort of thing all the time. it can work out to be 1500+ to get it done, it is rather labor intensive.
many people choose to let it go.
the oil gel issue would make you blow blue smoke all the time and alot of it. if this has been happening for more than a month or so chances are that it would have set multiple DTCs (check engine light).
to be sure you need to take it to a toyota dealership. but from what you describe it seems to the valve stem seals
