98 Camry LE Timing specs???

Hey guys,
 
I'm new to THIS forum, but I've been working on my Grandma's Camry.  And I need spec's or something on how to correctly line up the cam gears with with everything so the timing is right.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
