My 99 Camry has intermittant stalling problems after it is started on cold mornings. It sometimes takes several minutes of high revs to keep it from stalling when I put it in gear. No codes are showing. I have checked all the hoses for leaks but have found nothing. Any suggestions?

Start by giving the IAC (Idle Air Control) a good cleaning. A search here should give you the method.
