bad smell when i turn on my AC

my AC smells bad when i turn it on...
what can i do to remove the odor?

You can buy cans of deoderizer at parts stores which you spray into the air intake with the fan on. I found it best to put the system on recirc. and spray directly into the blower fan. You may have to access it by removing the glove box and a panel or two.
