The gas pedal sticks at red lights, acts like it has a detent. Checked all cables all look good, lubed every thing I could and it still acts up, checked pedal.

Check the action on the throttle body plate, should be smooth without sticking. You can rotate it using the pulley.
If the car has cruise control, the throttle cable may be routed to the the cruise control box first, then another cable goes to the throttle. There might be an issue here.

I took the cover off from the Cruise Control checked the cable run from Fire wall to Throttle Body NOTHING. I tried to lube everything I could. When I operate it by hand it works fine. It only sticks when you first push on Pedal. It makes driving the car a pain in the @$$.

Remove the cable and check the throttle plate for sticking. The throttle should also have an unloader mechanism, a dashpot that bumps the throttle arm up a little to prevent sticking at engine idle Have someone operate the throttle pedal while you watch the throttle pulley and cable action. Remove the throttle body air intake hose and check for a build up of grim.
