does anyone know of any like lift kits or stiffer spring for my 99 camry. i have oem suspension not lowered at all, i have new rims but they raises me up half an inch up, i just replaces all 4 struts about 3 months ago becasue i thought that was the problem. i have no subs in the trunk for added weight, but if i have anyone in the back seat i do nothing but scrapping all day. and all that rubs is my back end, my front for some reason has no problem. the part that is odd to my dad and me is that back end sits higher than the front does

First off, what rims have you put on the car and the size? what tires and size.
You can't go over 1/2" from OEM the tires will matter as they are sized by hieght and wall height.

the tires are 235/45/17now the stock tires 205/65/15 are about 1/2 or less taller than the new 17s. i just got an estemate from my shop they said my tires are to wide and to high for my car and for new custom spring to make my car not bottom out will be $950 installed and raise it about .5 to 1 inch

That is your problem the width of the rims and tires. I am going to guess that your rims are 8" wide.
I had the same tire size and had lowered my camry 1.5" and yes it rubbed a little on the back right side.
I didn't like this as I usually have our daughter in the back and it would rub more. I talke to the supplier that said these were ok and they took the rims and tires back, This was done through the dealership and a aftermarket supplier. I now have 225/35/20 on 20" rims that are 7.5" wide and still have the lowering kit on, which includes shocks and springs for performance handling. My advice is to sell the rims and tires and purchase the correct sizes. Good luck let me know how it turns out.
