Changing strut mounts 98 Camry LE 4 cyl.

Can anyone tell me how to change the strut mounts on a 98 Camry LE 4 cyl. without taking it to a shop? The dealer is charging a lot of $$$ so I am considering doing it myself. My Camry has 226K miles and it will be the second time I replaced these mounts.
 
Any techniques and what to watch out for will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Its not that bad a job just take your time is the biggest thing.
