Engine Check Light?? BLinks once pauses and blinks twice more!

I jumped the te1 and e1 to get a code for my check engine light and im getting the light blinks 1 time then pauses and blinks 2 more times. Can anybody help me out with what code this is and what the problem for that code is? Thanks for your time and help!

Code 12:  G, NE signal circuit.

The is a open or short circuit in the wiring between the distributor and engine computer or in  distributor pickup coils.
