Whassup everybody. Ive been posting a little bit here and there over the past few weeks and thought I'd drop in here and formally introduce myself. I drive a 99 Camry CE 4 cyl. 2.2 liter and it is tan/gold. I bought it off of my folks a few years ago for $3000 when it had about 118,000 miles on it. I just got into an accident with it last november on my birthday (no I wasnt drunk) and I had to replace the hood/fender/bumper/headlights/turn markers and I thought, here is a chance to take this ordinary car and turn it into something special. So I have a slew of things I want to do to it, and I am hoping to accomplish it all within the next three or four months. (the only thing done so far was the window tinting)
Here are the mods im doing for anyone who is interested:
exterior:
Revolution full bodykit (maybe a hood scoop too)
17" ADR Venomous rims (black & chrome)
Falken Ziex tires
Knight Rider light bar installed in grille
red neon ground effects
red LED rim lights
red LED exhaust tip
8000k white Xenon lights (I would prefer red but I would get pulled over)
interior:
glossy black vinyl and red panel covers (dash kit)
black and red seat covers (front and back)
black and red floor mats
black and red racing pedals
red neon under the dash on driver and passenger side (rigged to come on when door opens)
replace overhead light with red bulb
custom gauges
3 10 inch Kicker subs with MTX 1000 watt amp
Performance:
Injen short ram intake
Flowmaster Super 40 muffler
After I get done with it im going to call it "Roxanne" (you dont have to put on the red light) ;)
I will also post pics once I have her finished.

no, ive only replaced the front end exterior and tinted the windows since then, but I just started getting the itch to do all this to my car about a month or two ago. Im ordering the dash kit tonight and the rims and tires in two weeks. Hopefully a month after that I will have saved up enough for the bodykit and paint job by then. The bodykit is only $360 on ebay, and I have a friend who hooked me up with a painter to do my car. He is going to repair some dents on my car, install the body kit, paint it and clear coat it for only $650. Which is an extremely sweet deal considering this guy does custom paint jobs for more exotic cars (and he actually wet sands the car before primering it)

ok, add vinyl graphics for the hood and body to that list, I just found some nice ones on ebay

Just order a hood scoop, led side mirrors and a LE style spoiler. I know they werent on the list, but I couldnt resist

Sounds like a good lil shoppin list mate.
I'd suggest a more whiter light... around the 600k mate. 8000k looks like blue... almost crashed once when it was raining... couldn't see anything on the road
