Getting HID's - Page 2

I installed my HID's. the difference is amazing, but i know im pissin people off already.  Can I aim the headlights lower? or do i have to mess around with those dam squirrel spotters and jb weld

Hey, in response to your question I just replaced my OEM for HID (6000K) looks great and and have gotten alot of compliments now everyone I know wants them.  As far as simplicity of intallation about 30 minutes.  direct plug and play,  and have had no issues since installation.  So to answer your question they ar relatively easy to install.  Alot simpler than I had imagined.

I just got some hid light for my 2007 camry i was reading around the net and read that i need to disable my DRL. Has any body had to do that when you got you'r hid installed if so what do you need to do.

I haven't taken the time to read each reply yet but I figured since this is a hot thread, and since I am going to eventually buy some I would ask. I have heard that HID's perform, or look better if they are in a projector, compaired to the stock head lamps. Is there even a difference I was wondering? I saw it on some forum somewhere so I wanted to know if they were right or completely stupid.
