Default 94 engine swap lost some of its power

i did an engine swap bout a month ago from the 5sfe motor to the jdm 3sfe motor. i changed all electrical parts over from the other engine to this one except the fuel injectors. the timing is right it started on the first turn of the switch. however the engine has now lost its power at the line and im trying to give it more power from all stock parts for now. and im also looking for websites that sell parts for performance upgrades. can anyone help me out with my few problems

im not exactly sure what the hp was for either engine i do know that the stock engine for my car is a 2.2 from a 94 and the engine in now is a 2.0 from a 91. but now i have a ticking noise that wasnt there after the engine was installed so im thinking either its the water pump or the oil pump which isnt a big deal to fix either considering i still have them from the other engine and they fit perfectly.

ok i found the hp on both the engines. the stock engine is 125 and the replacement is 115. now i just need to find where to get items to add to the engine to increase horsepower that will fit both engines since i am rebuilding the stock engine and want to make it faster and better from the start. i know that starting place so far is finding someone with a hot tank in maryland south of DC
