2000 camry with headlight issues. The high beams won't go off and the DRL won't turn off after the car is shutdown. I started trouble shooting the relays under the hood, but a mech. told me that they ( relay ) almost never fails. He told me to try the intergration relay on the driver's side lower kick panal. Has anyone ever replaced one and how hard was it? The dealership told me about 2-3 hours of labor, maybe to justify the $300 labor charge they want to hit me with. The part is expensive, about $260 and since it's electrical the dealer won't return it if it doesn't solve the problem. Has anyone dealt with this?? Thanks
