Saw this sentra with a lip on which the owner said, "i know its off a toyota i think it a wagon or something
I can't figure out what car it might of come from. Any information on it would be appreciated!

Run a google search for specs on that sentra and compare the size of the bumper to that of a list of toyotas, and you should find a match. Good luck
