HID Conversion on 99 camry

So i jus installed an 10000k HID conversion kit on my camry, everything works fine....but when i start my car, you know how the lights stay on durin the the daytime a slight bit, well it flickers on and off, and when i turn the light switch on, then it stays solid...can you help me please

i'd take out the DRL power line so it stays fully off until turned on because ur running on HIDs now and ur igniter will go out w/a quickness everytime you put down ur eBRAKE.
