Is the radio wiring harness universal?

I would like to replace the radio/cassette deck in my 95 LE with a radio/cassette/CD unit from a later model Camry. Assuming that it will fit mechanically, can I expect the wiring harness to be compatible? I have read differing accounts on this matter. Thanks.
