turbo?????

i found a turbo with waste gate, blow off, cylinder, all the lines, timer and gauges and i was just wondering if anyone has any advice...

a friend of mine has in the past 2 year turboed his 98 camry. One of the problems he had was that his engine like most stock toyota engines can't handle that much boost, maybe 5-6 psi to be safe. (excluding the 2jze of course). One of the things he had to do was totally rebuild his engine to handle a higherboost pressure.
