What extra goodies come in the XLE camry 95?

I'm not sure what you can add but here is a link with some specs:
1995 Toyota Camry Specifications
I know where you are coming from though. I have a base CE model and I have added fog lights, factory alloy wheels, and a oem type exhaust tip. Nothing too special but just little touches that I like.

I got my kit on eBay for about $35, included everything to install: lights, covers, screws, wire harness, switch, inline fuse, zip ties, etc. No instructions but it isn't rocket science.
Just know that if you do get a kit of eBay, the lens material might be actual glass and subject to getting busted by road debris since it is so close to the ground.
On the other hand, I look at it this way, lights are all installed. One gets busted I can get a used one for about $25 that is genuine Toyota. The hard work has been done. Installing the actual light in the bumper was the easy part, at least it was on my Camry.
