Default 95 Camry Mystery Plug

In troubleshooting another problem I came upon an electrical plug that was unplugged from the previous owner. Under the passenger kick plate(cover) there is a small panel with a relay, 2 fuses and some plugs. There is a gray multi-wire that comes along the inside door sill that plugs in between the relay and the firewall at the bottom of this junction box. Can anyone tell me what this is for.

I've looked over my wiring schematic in my Hanyes Manual and this one's not listed.
I can only guess it is related to the electric door locking system. I have mine disconnected in my drivers door so that it will not lock automatically with the others.
This causes the three other door locks to actuate when I get in and out every time
I had to do this because my drivers door when locked, will not automatically open
unless ( believe it or not ) I tap on the lock with a rubber mallet, which sometimes
use to take up to 15 minutes. I sure hope this helps.
