Default 97 Camry a/c problem

I have a 1997 camry, i replaced the compressor, vacuum pumped it and charged the system. Air works great for about 10 minutes then the compressor continuously cycles on and off every couples seconds and the air gets warmer. My low side reading is 25/30 psi and high side is around 150 when I first start the car, after 10 minutes or so my low side is 25/30 and my high side is 250/300. What could it be?

Make sure the system was not overfilled with Freon. Fill is around 28 oz.

Check site glass on dryer. There should be bubbles when the compressor turns off and when the it turns on and clear in between (no bubbles).

If the compressor was new how much oil did you add? 1.4-1.7 oz.

Make sure both radiator fans are turning on and off in sequence with the compressor turning on and off. The fans are needed for proper AC operation.
