06 battery light on
I have an 06 Camry and the battery light will come on after a few mins of running. When I turn the car off and back on it will stay off for a few mins then back on again. I've had the new alternator bench tested and tested while it was on the car with the light on and the say it is good. Does anybody have any idea what the heck is going on.

get a second opinion please
if the alternator was charging and all good the battery light would be off all the time
needs to be feeding 13-14 volts into the battery with engine running
check battery age and condition first
if ok
regulator or stater or rectifier on the fitted alternator ...very bordeline
repair or fit new alternator
