Exclamation Engine/tranny swap question

I own a wrecked 94 4cyl Camry, with good motor and tranny. Looking at a 97 4cyl Camry with high mileage. Would the engine and/or tranny be compatible for a future swap? Need to know before I buy.

From my research it looks like any 4cyl Camry from 1991-2001 would have the same motor. So should I be on the lookout for anything within this range?

The 4-cylinder was used between these years but it was not the same engine. In 1992, the engine size was increased to 2.2L. Over time Toyota improved the engine. The 1997 had remote cam and crankshaft ignition sensors, no fuel return line and some other changes.
