I'm thinking its the oil pump, but wanted to see what others might think?

Its motor oil for sure and the leak seems to be passenger side to the back of the motor. I'm thinking its the oil sending or pump unit.

Any ideas or ways to check this?

or engine size 4 cyl, 6 cyl

 

I don't know that they checked that but the "check engine" light was not on.

I had my mechanic look at it, and they replaced the oil pump O rings and drive shaft something, I can't recall what its real name is.
