I was checking under my bumper and found some unconnected wires on both sides is it possible those are for fog lights to be installed?

 

I installed fog lights on my 07 Camry CE. Toyota had the factory harness installed for fogs. I read around a bit and from what I read, it's actually easier to install with the provided harness with the kit. Just do a little weather proofing with the relays so water can't get in. I used a jumper in the fuse panel for when the car was turned on.
