Default turns over, but no start

Hello, I have a 2004 toyota camry, 2.4 vvt. This past weekend I took it on a 400 mile trip, it performed flawlessly. After arriving home, the car had sat about 8 hrs, I went out to go to the store, and it would not start, it would turn over, but would not start. I pulled a spark plug, it made fire. I took the intake apart at the filter and sprayed chemtool carb cleaner in, to possibly see if it was a fuel pump, still no start. Any advise from here is greatly appreciated.

Disconnect the quick release fuel line connection at the engine. Crank engine and check for fuel coming out.

Typically if adjacent cylinders have low pressure the head gasket may be blown.
