Hey all.. NewB here... I have a 999 camry le ( 4 cyl ) with power windows. The passenger side front window is very slow. Sometimes doesnt move at all. If I let it sit for 10-15 minutes, it acts as if its "recharged" and will then go up or down.. Does this necessarily point to a power window motor ? Regulator ? .. Let me know as soon as you can..
