Google search EPA emissions extended warranty. As you may know, the EPA mandates a longer warranty on certain emissions items. Its the same for all cars.
In addition some states such as California require longer warranty period on emissions.
For ECU and exhaust converter, thought EPA mandated a 8 year, 80K miles.
Note: Sometimes dealers "forget" this fact.
The Alldata website would have complete TSB's but it requires a payment.

It appears if an ECU issue, Toyota may be able to now reflash instead of replace the unit.
