So I understand this right, you are getting water on the floor boards when running the A/C?
If this is the case, make sure the drain hose is pushed through the grommet that leads to the underside of the car. I had water in my 07 on the passenger side and it was because the drain hose was pushed up inside the car. The hose should be located on the passenger side under the carpet in the left most corner.
