I just got my Gtech in the mail today. I had to see what the car did.

1st run sucked. Horrible launch. I got the car up over 110 but my exit came up so I had to slow down. 2nd run wasnt as bad, I had to pedal it a few times for the tires to hook, and they still didnt hook that good. Spun the wheels badly in 1st, no so bad in 2nd, and chirped 3rd. Got up to about 95 and a car pulled out in front of me when I was the only car on the road on a 3 land highway

1st run:

60': 2.620 (Worst launch Ive ever had)

As for the horsepower graph. I dont know what to say. The horsepower is what I would expect out of a little 2.2L but the torque surprised me. The curve doesnt look very good. And after 5000 the power just dies. You can really feel it too. Thats why I was shifting so early.



I took every gear up over 5500 except 4th which you can tell I let off around 4500. 1st went to the 3second mark, The 50rpm drop and 1000+rpm drop was from me pedaling the gas. At the 1-2 shift you can see it spinning through almost half of 2nd gear. A small chirp at the 2-3 shift which was barley loud enough to hear.



I think that if I can get a better launch I will pull low 16's. Id like 15's but thats a stretch but Im gonna damn well try.[

Yes I do and I've been meaning to go. I'm waiting until it warms up here. There calling for snow in the morning.
