Default Need help disabling alarm

I can't get Pop's 2004 Camry to start because the alarm keep going off. He's been driving it fine since he lost the fob 2 years ago until today.

Already removed the fuse which only kill the horn but can't get the engine to turnover. Disconnected the battery, that didn't work either.

I looked under the steering wheel and there are tons of wires so obviously I didn't know which ones to disconnect to bypass the alarm. Please help!!!

Does the engine turn over but not start? Or not turn over at all?

Is there a blinking read light on the dash?

Saw this instructions on EHow:

How to disable the alarm on a Camry

1. Open your Camry's door and sit in the driver's seat.

2. Locate the kill switch, actually a toggle switch, on your Camry. It is located on the left-hand side of the steering wheel column beneath the dashboard. It will be the only switch on that side beneath the dashboard.

3. Press the toggle switch in and hold it.

4. Start the engine on your Camry while you are still depressing this switch.

5. Listen for an audible beep that will let you know the alarm has been disabled.

6. Reverse this process to reactivate your alarm.
