Default Latest Codes on my 2000 Camry: P0171/P1135

Got my scan tool (OBDLink SX Scan Tool) today and have just downloaded:

Stored: P0125 and P1135 codes
Pending: P0171 and P1135 codes

Vehicle: 2000 Camry 4 cyl, cla emissions.
I recently (2 weeks ago) replaced A/F sensor in main converter (on exhaust manifold) with orig Toyota part ($200.00, so did so VEY carefully) and entire section piping just below manifold to include resonator, catalytic converter, muffler, etc. ....used orig downstream 02 sensor. A/F sensor reading 3.3V while downstream sensor rading 0.0V at idle.

I feel the A/F sensor is okay given it less than a couple of week old.....I could be wrong but it is reading an appropriate 3.3V. The only thing left to change in the entire exhaust system is the main converter (eshaust manifold) or the downstream sensor.

Any suggestions guys?

Did you use the correct sensor for a California emissions car?

Any exhaust or intake system leaks

Does the voltage remain at 3.3v and never change with engine idle, revs and speeds above 25 mph and 1500 RPM?
