Rear seat belt won't retract
Hi folks -
One of the rear seat belts on my 99 Camry won't retract. This is the shoulder belt that rolls up into a slot on the shelf in the back window above the seat. I spent about an hour on it one time and could not figure out how to remove the unit and can't find any pictures of it in my Haynes manual.
The belt is now completely pulled out and cannot be coaxed back into the reel. Any ideas? Pictures? Somebody out there with a factory manual?
