Default starting problem

I have a 96 Camry which I disconnected and removed the battery while I was on vacation for three weeks. Upon re-connecting the battery the engine now will not start? All the electronics work - horn will go off when I open door until I disconnect battery again, but engine does not crank over. Any suggestions.
Thanks

Check the battery. Have it charged and load tested. You probably need a new one? Battery lasts longer when kept at full charge so it was probably weak to begin with for just sitting idle to be the cause of killing it.
If you leave it sitting a lot i recommend a solar charger. I got mine $20 from Kraegen. It can overcharge unless you buy the seperate regulator (another $30 no thanks) so i leave my charger sitting on the seat. Works pretty well.
