Default 96 camry dx exhaust flexpipe size?

what is the flexpipe size for factory exhaust? for a 96 camry dx 4 door

Best go under chassis and measure OD and length.

Have several options including weld on, slide on and clamp, and getting a new flex pipe already connected to header pipe. Then make your pick.

messured out OD as 2 inch sound right to anyone else

and does it need to be replaced with flex pipe or could i get away with soild pipe

Take a soft tape measure and check circumference of pipe, then compute diameter.

Listings include 1 7/8, 2, 2 1/8 inch.

If not wanting to weld the pipe, obtain a slide over clamp-on part such as the ones in the link below:

The exhaust needs a flex pipe, a solid pipe will crack.
