Default 2003 Camry 2.4 20 MPG Combined? Why?

I used to get 30 mpg's. I've cleaned the throttle body, new LRR tires, new plugs, used Seafoam, Techron. I give up. Anybody with ideas I would sure appreciate it.

Did you clean the MAF sensor? Use only MAF sensor cleaner.

An aging A/F sensor can also reduce MPG.

If having a real time code reader could output data to aid in finding the problem.
