Ok guys can i just go to best buy and have them install a remote starter or is it a special thing toyota has to do? let me know if anyone has any experience

 

Toyota has their VIP systems, it works well but is more expensive. You should be able to buy the kit over the internet.

Viper makes decent after market products. Remote start installations are common. Call Best Buy, stereo and alarm installers, etc.
