Replace High Stop Light Bulb on 92 Camry

Default Replace High Stop Light Bulb on 92 Camry
I need to replace the high stop light bulb on a 92 Camry but I can't figure out how to remove the cover. How do I remove the cover so I can get to the bulb?

The cover snaps into place.
