Default 98 camry suggestions

I recently bought an 98 Camry LE V6.
Now i want to lower it,make it look nice, conservative, not overdone like any typical car you see out there on the streets.
I asked some friends for suggestions.1st they told me eibach makes great springs which will give me about a 1.2 in front and rear.
2nd is wheel size.i was looking at some ASA wheels,AR 1 model. Now i was loking at 17,or an 18.Has anyone had issues with throwing on some 18,s?
and 3rd is,will i need to buy a camber kit for the amount im lowering?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

1st- Eibach makes the TRD Springs for our gen4 camrys. So with that said- Eibachs should be pretty solid.

2nd- As you lower the car, the space in the wheel well will change so- for example.. my 99 is on h-TECH and 215/50/17 tires and 17x7 rims. if i go 18's- i'd be looking to go 225/40/18 on an 18x8. Learn the offset game or just play it safe and go w/what the website suggests. I'm pushing mines as high as i can go on sidewall because its my dd.

3rd- not necessarily, anything under 1.5 lowering shouldn't need it .. but i would - just to prevent possible future headaches.

go with 17's on the camry, 18's are too big and it'll make your brakes look really small. btw the tires for 17 inch rims should be 215/45/R17 , not 50. That would throw off your spedometer.

I also have H-Techs and some 17's sitting around that i havent put on yet.
Eibach is one of the best in the industry (i've toured their factory), but take a look under your 98...see the two rails that go along the two sides of the chasis (ie...the frame?). That will give you some nightmares going over some speed bumps, especially with people and or cargo. I already have some issues with my H-Techs. The gen 4 wasnt exactly designed that well lol.

anyways do what you want, but justs realize you do need to change your driving habits.
Camber kit...nah, just get a normal alignment, and take a few corners harder, and you'll even out the tire wear...

Kits exist for practically all makes and models that are produced out there.
