Default Rear struts due for replacements -How?

Greetings Camry lovers!

I have 2005 camry and its rear struts is due for replacement. Now my on call mechanic had a hard time accessing on the rear shock mounting because he doesn't know how to remove the motorized passenger rear backseats to access on the rear mounts of the struts. Can any one here can guide me and show me step by step on how to remove the motorized rear seats so my mechanic could acces on the rear stuts?

Thanks in advance!

Still don't understand. The rear seats are powered, please explain this? This is the first have read the rear seat has power anything. The lower seat is fixed, the upper seat can be manually folded down or not depending if option was built into the car.

Are these folding seats or fixed?
