Default 2000 Camry won't start

I have a 2000 Camry that died on my girlfriend about two months ago and I haven't got it to run yet, I have replaced the fuel pump battery fuel injectors and the plug ins for the injectors, as well as the timing belt and water pump. It cranks over fine the crankshaft sensor is within specs per book, 3 of the cylinders had 142 compression and the other only 130 I know ones low but would one cylinder cause it to not start? The spark plugs are sparking and the coil packs checked out good, I bought an ignition and going to replace the fuel filter but was curious if I am missing something. I don't know much about gas engines but I can figure my way around being pretty similar to Diesel engines any help would be appreciative thank you

Did you ever seen the engine run?

How good is the ign spark? Should be able to gap 1 inch.
Try starting with some throttle.

Have you checked:
Cam sensor?
Cam/crank pulley timing with the timing belt?
Wiring and vacuum hoses for disconnects and other issues.
Coolant temp sensor for ECU.
EGR valve is not stuck open.
IAC valve is not stuck.

No I didn't see the engine run but I had to tow it home it made it about a block, I've tried with throttle but haven't gapped the spark plug that much I can try that tonight
Sensors good
Timings correct
I don't hear any vac leaks but I will check those and wiring
Is the coolant temp sensor the tstat or is there something somewhere else?
I'll pull egr
And I thought iac wouldn't keep it from starting or did I misunderstand the other posts I've read about it?

The issue with an engine that has never run in someones presents, is that any thing can be wrong.

How is the gas in the tank, has it gone bad from the car sitting too long?

Fouled plugs, bad ign wires, etc can make for no start. You need a hot spark.

The engine has two sensors on the head coolant output manifold One for temp gauge, one for ECU. The ECU sensor has two wires. It can be checked for resistance.

The IAC controls idle. The engine should at least try to start but again who knows. If you have a shop manual you can resistance and operation.

Have you tried injecting gas directly into the throttle body when cranking?

Does the fuel pump run when cranking? It will only operate when starting or running.

When taking cam/crank sensor readings. Are they constant or does the reading change with time?

Have you tried reading out any possible codes or pending codes from the ECU.
