The newer belt designs should be good for a 90K mile change. Suggest buying a dealer or OEM manufacturer belt, some of the aftermarket brands can make noise as in a belt whine.

Replace the serpentine belt at the same time, whether you think it needs to be replaced or not. It's only $40 or so and will eliminate the potential need to replace it later.

Water pump and tensioner are usually good for 2 belt changes.  Inspect all items for rough bearings and the WP for leakage.  Also check the cam, crank and oil pump seals for leakage.

i bought my timing belt kit from NAPA and sometimes there is a little noise when you step on the gas but eventually is gone while driving. is it because its not and original belt only aftermarket?

Had a similar noise issue with the NAPA belt.  Not all aftermarket belts make noise though however the dealer belt is a safe bet.
