The same thing happened to my old 2000, it was the motor.

The window won't move either with the master switch or the RR door switch? You could pull the switch and test it for power as well as jumping the wires to see if the motor attempts to move.

thanx. but i was wondering how to get the door pannel off. i can get all the screws off but the door pannel wont budge. is there clips that i have to move around a certain way. and ya it wont work with both, the master and the RR switch.

You have to take off the arm rest and plastic piece behind the door handle. There are usually clips that need to be pryed off from underneath the panel at its outer edges. I would get a panel clip pry tool. They are roughly shaped like a "V" so you don't pull the panel away from the clip, but if you're careful a large screwdriver may work.

There should be a couple of nuts/bolts that hold the glass to the window regulator. If you remove those the window should go up to give you access to the motor. You can tape it in the up position over the window frame. You may also have to remove an inner crash brace as well. It's tight and a bit of a knuckle buster, but do-able.
