Hey guys, ive got a 1990 camry LE and my front passenger window wont operate correctly. The motor and regulator are good (i keep a 12v battery and some wire in the trunk just in case i need it for the window haha) Now if i have both the master switch and the passenger window switch plugged in the window will not do anything when i start the car, like it should. But if i try to use the passenger side switch it does nothing. when i use the button on my master switch for the window whether i push the switch for it to go up or down, it will go down and continue to do so until i shut the car all the way off. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? Also on another note, my lock button on my driver side does not work but the one on the passenger side does. any chance it may be a related problem?

Often the wiring running between the drivers door and frame becomes frayed over time due to constant door usage. This can result in strange problems with the door looks and windows. Keep in mind the passenger windows have two sources of power, one direct to the switch the other via the drivers switch.
