ah i still have my dash kit from a few years ago. so far so good. no fading, bubbling etc. =)
its much nicer to have something there cos OEM really looks plain after u've had the trim on for a while. It's no wonder a lot of the es300's have some sort of trim there.

Yea I hear you, Im honestly thinkin about doin that now but I dont want something tacky like everyone has the carbon fiber. Blue would prolly look odd but I should take a look. Black really wouldnt help, since everything i'd be covering is already black

I wanna strip my interior!!
Seriously, If you think about it, taking out the interior panels would reduce a good 10-15 lbs, and I could cover the areas lacking panels with fake suede or something of the sort. For the doors, I'd just have to make sure the speakers and door handle are able to get through, and the speakers come with a grill so that would work out pretty cool.

if only it was within my price range... Im broke...
