It wouldnt really give a noticable difference from what I understand. The thing is the stock camry intake was designed to breathe really well. Thats why Im doin the spectre thing. 2 cones. But overall you might notice a slight difference with the K&N cone but dont pay like $300 for the K&N pipe, it's the same pipe as the ebay setup. The main difference that you notice in the end, with either filter, is the sound. The stock intake is quieter, and gives a purring kinda sound. The pipe, lacking the resonator box (which quiets the intake) and the cone give a lower, deeper growl. I am also speaking from experience.

i live in michigan, and we dont have to pass any kind of emission or smog tests (which doesn''t make sense, but does explain how my buddy matt got away with straight-piping his accord (straight pipe through the catalytic converter) without getting in trouble), so couldn''t i just put a pipe and filter on and leave the sensors hanging?
